Terms of Use

Welcome to the platform LakoTermin ("Platform") provided by Khristina Iarchenko Preduzetnik HAY Photo, registered address: Prvomajska 103, 24000, Subotica, Republic of Serbia, APR registration No. 66845613, e-mail: [email protected] ("Provider"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms — please do not use the Platform.

1. Service Description

The Platform enables booking of services (e.g., at beauty salons, barbershops or with individual practitioners) offered by companies and practitioners in the Republic of Serbia.

2. Access and account

A user may register or use the service without registration depending on the Provider offering. If you register, you are responsible for providing accurate information.

3. Booking

When you select a service and a time slot, you submit a booking request. The Provider or the company will confirm or cancel the booking in accordance with their rules.

4. Payment and cancellation

Depending on the company, terms of payment, advance payment, cancellation or postponement of booking may apply (you will be notified accordingly).

5. User obligations

The user undertakes: (a) not to misuse the Platform; (b) to comply with the company rules and the law; (c) to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, full availability or error‑free functionality of the Platform, and is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Platform, except where the law mandates otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (texts, graphics, logos) is the property of the Provider or licensed third parties. The user is not permitted to reproduce, modify or distribute content without permission.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of a new version on the Platform. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved before a competent court in the Republic of Serbia. Consumer users also have the right to seek out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 35/2026).
